Even though I strictly follow my celiac diet, I’ve come to understand that my body systems and organs need more help to function properly.

My liver is very sluggish. My digestive track needs stimulation to move anything. My nervous system is over worked. My muscles and fascia tighten easily. Chlorophyll – to help my liver and I’ve found to help with my mood

Moringa leaf – for my skin, hair & immune system 

Nettle leaf – my allergy med 

Black seed oil – don’t sleep on black seed oil – helps with overall health, infections and inflammation – I take daily and add an extra dose when I am feeling sick.

Paleovalley Organ Complex – red meat supplement – my iron count was low for the longest – I cannot digest red meat – gives me energy and more brain power – helps me with chronic pain

Turmeric – my ibuprofen – I take daily to prevent inflammation & to help my joints – I will also take extra during pain flare ups. 

Boswellia – for inflammation & pain

Magnesium – said to help your muscle’s function at their best – many people are magnesium deficient – better absorption taken with Vitamin D 

Vitamin D – for energy, mood, immune function and bone health 

All of these supplements help to reduce inflammation in my body. I take most daily but will adjust to how my body and mind is feeling.
