Salad Dressing

Many people assume that eating gluten free means eating nothing but salads. That is so far from the truth, at least it was for me.

Description

Besides gluten, most salad dressings also contain dairy, soy or vinegar all of which is hard for me to digest. Honestly, I didn’t eat salads for years due to the lack of options.

One day I randomly tweaked a marinade and found it to taste great. It tastes like a melted crouton. I now eat salads often. I love having another delicious choice that is quick & easy to make.
