Grocery Stores are my second home.
I am grateful to live near a grocery store that has a wide variety of products at decent prices. I buy most of my food from Woodmans Food Market. I also buy a few items from Whole Foods, Metro Market or Walmart.
My top priorities: gluten-free, easy to digest, delicious, and filling.
Knowing your grocery store is so important. I am there often and being familiar with their products, brands and locations saves me so much time. I try to use my energy wisely.
Here are some of the foods I no longer eat:

I get asked this more than anything else. It’s one of the reasons I started MeMe Eats. Depending on how my body is feeling I eat some items more than others. If I cannot read the ingredients or understand what it is, I do NOT eat it. Below is what I consume.
