I love cookies. I truly can never have enough. The warmth and the taste from fresh baked cookies makes me happy. Literally.

Peanut Butter Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies

I recently started making the recipe below and it’s becoming my favorite. It’s full of flavor, texture and goodness. The peanut butter and chocolate talk for themselves. Love, love the combo. Add in some oats and it provides this chewiness that is so enjoyable.

Ingredients

Instructions

To a medium bowl add the following wet ingredients and mix.

  1. 1/2 C Smucker’s Natural peanut butter

    1/2 C pure maple syrup

    2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

    1 teaspoon Grandma’s molasses

    pinch of Real salt

  2. Dry Ingredients

Then add the following dry ingredients mixing again.

    1 1/4 C Bob’s Red Mill GF oats

1/3 C Enjoy Life Chocolate chips

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes.

  4. Allow to set before enjoying.

  5. This recipe makes 12 cookies. My favorite way to indulge is 15 minutes cooled from the oven. They are still warm and gooey chewiness is on a thousand! I store in my fridge or freezer. The freezer keeps me from eating one right after the other.
