Ginger Chocolate Clusters

I am a huge fan of ginger. I love the taste.

Ginger Chocolate Clusters

Ginger also helps to calm my stomach juices and aids in digestion. I am always looking for ways to add into my recipes.

These clusters are a quick mix of goodness – ginger, graham, almonds and chocolate! They also provide texture and crunch!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Make your graham crackers or if you already have crackers, break one cup worth into little pieces. This cluster recipe is another reason I keep crackers prepped for a quicker process.

  2. Place your cracker pieces into a medium bowl.

  3. Chop your roasted almonds into pieces. Add to your graham bowl.

  4. Chop your crystallized ginger. Add to your bowl.

  5. In a broiler pot melt your chocolate.

  6. Pour your melted chocolate over your graham, almonds and ginger. Stir to coat.

  7. Spoon scoops of your mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.

  8. Harden in the fridge.

  9. Eat or store in the fridge or freezer.
